For me, building has always been personal. I grew up immersed in the trades, working alongside my family at RW Gallion, where I learned early on the value of doing things the right way the first time, every time. That foundation shaped who I am today and led me to start my own business: Gallion Design + Build.

We specialize in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and entire homes into beautiful, functional spaces that reflect how our clients actually live. I take pride in every inch of work we do, not just the big picture, but the small details that truly make a space feel like home.

Outside of work, community matters. Each year, we as business partner with various organizations and partake in events, one of those being the C.A.S.T. for Kids event at Clear Lake where we actually help organize a day that brings families and children with special needs together for a memorable fishing experience that reminds us what life’s really about.
